This interactive website helps African Americans better understand why they are at increased risk for heart disease, prediabetes, depression, and cancer, and how they can protect their health through preventive health screenings. It also provides information and resources to help get screened.

Ubuntu Program for Emotional Wellness

Brought to you by Take Action for Health, a collaboration 100 Black Men of America, Inc., Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope, Elevance Health, Golden State Medical Association, National Urban League, and Pfizer Inc. and was created by Marva L. Lewis, PhD and Candice C. Beasley, DSW from Tulane University.
This four-part workshop series (Community, Body, Mind, Spirit) comes with an easy-to-use leader guide and was created to help African American communities come together to start a conversation about stress and how it affects our daily lives. It builds on cultural strengths and addresses the legacies of resilience and vulnerabilities from the historical trauma of slavery as unrecognized sources of stress.

Shine Light on Depression

This online toolkit was created to provide school communities and community-based organizations with ready-to-use mental health, depression awareness and suicide prevention programs for students in grades 4-12. Its curricula, workshops and resources are designed to be adapted to diverse populations to support a tailored approach to address mental health in a culturally inclusive manner.

What's Up with Opioids?

This online toolkit was created to keep young people safe and educated about the dangers of opioid misuse and addiction with ready-use lesson plans and materials that help diverse middle- and high-school students learn about opioids, risk factors, warning signs, and prevention strategies.

This website was developed to help healthcare provider practices increase vaccination rates and close gaps in care for children, teens, adults, and pregnant women by providing turnkey tools and strategies.Because disparities in vaccinations lead to disease outbreaks, it also addresses vaccination disparities across race/ethnicity, age, socioeconomic status, and geography.  

Workplace Transitions for people touched by cancer

Developed by a collaboration of Cancer and Careers, Disability:IN, Elevance Health, and Pfizer Inc.
This website was created to advance disability inclusion in the workplace. It provides managers with guidance on how to manage return-to-work for employees diagnosed with cancer from a practical, psychosocial, and legal perspective. It also supports employees with a cancer diagnosis or caregiving for a loved one with cancer by providing information needed to balance work and cancer.

Help for Cancer Caregivers

Developed by a collaboration of the Caregiver Action Network, CancerCare, Elevance Health, and Michigan State University.
This interactive website helps family caregivers care for their own health and well-being since caring for a loved one with cancer is stressful. It helps caregivers pinpoint current sources of strain and creates a Personal Care Guide to help with issues like depression and anxiety, coping with emotions, and even managing money issues.

Let's Talk Treatment Options

Developed by a collaboration of the Cancer Support Community, Elevance Health, and Genentech.
This interactive website was designed to help people who are newly diagnosed with cancer or facing a recurrence figure out what information and questions they should share with their doctor to find the treatment that is right for them. It also helps them articulate what they know and what they need to know to move forward with their healthcare team.
